The service I have received has been faultless. Covid did make hand-overs difficult but everything was clearly discussed and the delivery was on time in a very small window. The car was immaculate and the delivery chap had to call to say that due to my tiny country lane he couldn't get the transporter down to the house and he received my permission to drive a mile from a pull-in.
