The service provided by the sales team was welcomed and gave confidence in there ability and awareness to supply me with a new vehicle. We discussed the vehicle and its useage, specification, colour, availability, etc. A quotation was prepared and forwarded for my consideration. This was then followed up with a courtesy call from the salesman to ensure I had received it and if there was a need for any clarifications. There wasn't. In fact it was fully to my satisfaction, and at no stage was I 'pressured' into accepting or committing to the arrangment. This gave me time to 'shop' around. It soon became apparent the quote provided was extremely competitive and therefore I called to advise I would be accepting and the salesman then clarified the acceptance process. There was obviously a PCP contract prepared which required signing prior to credit checks etc. which was approved within the hour. From this the vehicle was then ordered and a provisional delivery in line with the quote was given. That was it! Nearer to the delivery date confirmation and vehicle registration details were exchanged. The vehicle was then delivered to my door by a driver who had obviously given it a valet after the journey, and presented himself very professionally with the appropriate paperwork and an immaculate new vehicle. We had a handover and general inspection before I signing for it. The deal was done and I couldn't have been happier with the approach Tilsun Leasing had provided and more so the help and service tailored to my requirements.
