Absolutely horrible experience. I made 2 shipments with multiple bags from Dubai to USA and Brazil. Timexpress sent a wrong bag to Brazil that should have gone to USA and vice-versa. This mistake caused a delay of over 1 year in customs because could not identify items in wrong bag. Timexpress took no responsibility to fix problem and then refused to fully fix the problem later when customs finally released shipment. Please avoid this company at all costs. Customer service also horrible. Expect 2-3 week delays in communication via email or WhatsApp.
