I recently wrote an excellent review about my experience at Morrison’s in Troon and with customer service worker Mark.
However, when I went back today with an issue with my phone, there were no smiles or niceties, just rudeness and defensiveness.
I will not be going back there to get my phone “sent off for repair” due to his negligence. Nor will I ever be using the service again.
Change your attitude mate. It’s great when things go well, but a true sign of good customer service is acknowledging mistakes and graciously trying to help to correct them, and not seeing them as bothersome.
