Went to Timpson at Sainsburys Melton Road Leicester. Needed batteries for two watches. Didn't manage to remember the guy's name who served me but I was really impressed with attitude and how helpful he was. I had forgotten my battery for life card but he replaced battery anyway without charge. Many thanks to him, lovely to know there are still people around who go the extra mile.
