This is a thieves house. I called timpson because of a lockout, they took my address and asked for a 50£ deposit for someone who would come in an hour because they are on another job. Ok, I paid the deposit.
Less than 5 minutes later, I got it sorted out, I canceled the job. They refused to return the deposit stating that they already contacted someone to come while they just told me it would take an hour to send someone because they are on another job
