If I can give 0 I would. Had my car key for the last 4 weeks. and still not fixed.
The South Ruislip Timpson in Sainsbury has no system and do not care. No details or phone number of customers to let them know what is happening and also for staff who are covering. The car key was thrown under the table in a box without any notes.
The customer service is untrained and talk as if we had to be patient for months.
Then they say I had to pay as they are doing a ser. This is their service!!!
