I regularly use Timpson’s at Fox Valley Stocksbridge.
Once again I used this branch yesterday to have a key cut.
I was served this time by a very pleasant young man called Rilae, currently on his work experience.
He was under supervision from the regular employee, and provided me with a new key, accurately cut and no issues. Rilae was eager to please, I have given him feedback personally this morning.
