Took a pair of shoes and a pair of boots to Timpson's booth at Morrisons Aberystwyth to be resoled and heeled. Soles didn't fit properly and were peeling off. Heel caps were not shaped to match the heels but were left with flat facets around them. Really the worst shoe repairs I have ever seen. I did get a refund as the man working in the booth agreed the work was terrible. What a bunch of cowboys.
