TODAY EXPERIENCED THE MOST RUDE EMPLOYEE. I HAVE BEEN IN THE SERVICE SECTOR FOR 20 YEARS NEVER WOULD I DELIVER THIS KIND OF SERVICE TO MY CUSTOMERS. picked up my cleaning today. two kingsize throws. one has been ripped at the seams. disgusting service yet again from this branch. the service provider was rude and unhelpful. this is not the first time the company has destroyed my goods first burned throw and then lost 5 items of dry cleaning. HOW DO YOU RUN SUCH A AWFUL BUSINESS WITH NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THE POINT OF DELIVERY.
