There was a discount advertised on the site however when I added the items to my cart the discount was not applied. I had to contact the help desk which was easy via the online chat function, however was inconvenient.
<br/>The issue was resolved the following day when I went back on the site. Glad I noticed and didn't pay 15% more then I had to. But concerns me some people me have been caught out unaware.
<br/>I do understand however glitches happen at times this I would still rate the overall experience good! With fast delivery times.
