Website easy to use but shipping really let them down - my parcel was embarrassingly late arriving given that I had ordered before the delivery cut off date for Xmas - I didn't have presents for 5 people on Xmas day, and they didn't arrive til January. Woman on the phone was helpful in terms of talking me through options but there was no way to locate the parcels as Tinyme have not started using the e-tracking system offered by Australia Post. Very disappointing. Has really affected my desire to buy from them again.
