The product is cute. The stickers hold up well -- I've had them on water bottles and food containers and put them through the wash, etc. and they are still looking good! Cute design and strong quality. The backpack tags are also good (I wish I had a side-by-side comparison in a photo because I probably would've gone for something smaller, if it was available... they are larger than I was expecting). It took a LONG time to arrive -- had I known how long it would take, I wouldn't have ordered. It felt like an unreasonably excessive amount of time. I was also never given a shipping notification (my order confirmation email said that I'd receive a shipping notification, but that never happened). When I inquired, the response was very warm and attentive, but no solution was provided at all. They said "we don't do tracking numbers". What?! That seems nuts these days. So what happens if the package never arrives? I was worried that this might've been the scenario I was facing and they did not give me a lot of hope that there was a plan to protect my order if the package just never arrived. Luckily, it did, but at that point we were weeks past the time that I had expected it. I would recommend the product to a friend with the caveat that they should not order if they need it any time soon.
