I placed an order for labels on September 6th with an expected delivery of September 24th and that I would receive a confirmation email once my order shipped. By September 24th when I didn't receive a confirmation email I reached out to Customer Service to check on the status of my order. I understood that orders are taking longer due to COVID-19 but just wanted to see how much longer I would have to wait. I was informed that my order was already shipped and was received at the distribution center on September 16th and I should have received it by then. I was asked to give it two more weeks to see if my order would arrive. It didn't arrive. I reached back out to Customer Service letting them know I never received my order. They offered to submit a replacement order or to give me a refund. I asked for a replacement order because I really like the labels I ordered. That was on October 18th. I still have not received my order. I will wait another week or two (again, because I understand delays due to COVID-19) before I reach back out to Customer Service to ask for a refund. I will say that Customer Service has been wonderful to work with. They have been very responsive to my emails. I am just very disappointed that I still have not received a confirmation email that one of these orders has shipped and that I haven't received either of the orders.
