So I tried ordering about a year ago and never received my order, customer service was terrible and my case was never really resolved. I thought by now I’d give it another try so I placed another order. Low and behold I had the same issues again except I FINALLY received my order multiple WEEKS later after my expected date. All customer service rep could say was my order was “stuck somewhere “ and expect it any day? That’s a terrible resolution along with zero apologies. Problems really exist with processing updates, communication to customer, customer service responses with 0 empathy and how issues are resolved and how you try to get the customer to return. Issues with the method of shipment. There’s no options to pay for more expedited shipping with another carrier vs usps with no tracking. I honestly don’t think it was worth all the stress again so will likely not try again.
