I would give you zero stars if it was an option. I placed an order months ago to label my kids outerwear. I still have yet to receive anything. I contacted customer service and they offered to resend the order. I waited and still nothing. I contacted customer service and they said they should have been delivered but maybe they got held up in the mail and to just give it a while longer. You need to add tracking to your orders because this is ridiculous.
