I sent an email at least a day or two ago inquiring about my order, which was supposed to arrive a week ago and I had not received as much as shipping update. I never received a response to my email, but did get an auto generated email today that my order (name labels) would be here soon. I replied to THAT email advising I had still not heard from them regarding my email, how late my order was, OR another order I placed for my nephew. Still no response. I received my order today and one set of labels was just in an envelope. They were bent and while they're still (probably) usable (they're the book labels so should stick) I'm insanely disappointed at the overall customer experience. I work in Customer Service and not responding to emails is just not acceptable. Packaging products cheaply is also not acceptable. Your products are cute, but I can get 'cute' from a lot of places.
