Placed my order on 10/1 for 2 sets of labels with a delivery promise by 10/16. Received a dispatch notification on 10/5 but it only shows as a shipping label being created. Here it is on 10/22 and no labels or updated tracking. I'm very disappointed as these were a gift for kids starting daycare TODAY. Horrible customer service.
