Honestly, I was very upset with the product I received from Tinyme. The magnets were small, very flimsy, cut crooked and parts of pictures were cut out. I am never one to email customer service to complain, but I felt like it was a huge waste of money. I am giving the company 5 stars however because of the customer service I received once I emailed customer service. I worked with Ionela and she was very polite, compassionate and knowledgeable. She offered multiple ways to resolve the issue and we ultimately decided on a refund. Because of her nice tone and promptness in responding, I do plan to use Tinyme at some point in the future.
