I received my order in the timeframes that they gave online. I gave them a 4 because the packaging of the puzzle I received wasn't what I expected. It was just a cardboard box and was damaged upon arrival, therefore, I cannot store the puzzle in that box. But, the puzzle and stickers are great!!
