First and last time buying from this horrible company. Ordered a custom puzzle as a gift a month ago and it should have arrived a week ago. Tracking never worked and I called twice and was promised it would be here late but on Friday. It never arrived and I have called 3 times during business hours and always get a voicemail. Showed up to the party empty handed and embarrassed. I still don't have the puzzle and will be disputing the charge.
