I ordered a bag tag to put on my grandson's backpack for his birthday present this week. I ordered it several weeks ago. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT!!! I have emailed the company and received no response. My account has been charged two times for this purchase, one for international shipping charges. A horrible experience that I gave one star to because it wouldn't allow me to give zero!!
