I loved the labels but there was some confusion on a bonus offer. When I was ordering, a bonus popped up with labels that would list my last name for an add-on price. I purchased them but the confirmation email I received made the labels look as if they were going to have MY first name, rather than our last name. When I tried to contact customer service, they were a bit dismissive and told me that it was too late to change my order. While I love the labels, the customer service definitely left something to be desired. When purchasing a bonus add-on (that pulls info from your order) customer service should be able to explain not only why there was a discrepancy on my confirmation email but also why I was seeing something different on there than what I ordered.
