I had trouble getting information on where my package was. Ordered in November to be delivered before Thanksgiving. Never showed up and I emailed them but they just asked I be patient and they will get back with me. After a couple more inquiries I asked for a call but they stated they are in Australia but asked what I needed. I needed to know what was going on, where is my package and what can be done to fix this. I was finally told from someone I was not even in contact with that there was some kind of mix up and they had to remake and send a new product out and it should be there by Christmas. I had to email again to get a tracking number. I just like to be informed when things are messed up and I believe no one really knew exactly what was going on. I understand things happen but please be more informative or responsive. I waited a week with no additional contact and had to reach out once again. The gift was received before Christmas and in good condition.
