I have never given a top, top review whenever taking a survey but Tippsy does a very good job overall i.e. their shipping boxes are strong and protecting. Being that sake is likely foreign to most Americans, educating the consumer may take time. What comes to mind is a non-sake drinking person will ask him/herself what should I order? What makes this sake better than the next? How will this taste? I will leave it up to Tippsy to come up with the answers to those questions. The more knowledge a consumer has I believe translates into more sales. Regards.
