I first tried the Kaika sake at Hinoke and the Bird in L.A. I had to ask our server where I could purchase the sake, it was so good. Thank goodness there is a company: Tippsy Sake, which specializes in hard to find bottles. You won't see this in any grocery store, that's for sure. I've branched out too and tried several other selections from their limitless menu. Their descriptions of the various breweries, for lack of a better word, and the details on each blend are meticulously managed and have added to my meager sake knowledge. I look forward to learning more and buying more with Tippsy Sake. A new fan.
