My order was a bit more work than both side had hoped for. I ordered a gift set that came in a really cute box! However, the packing was thin and one of the bottles ended up breaking during the shipment. I reached out to Tippsy’s support and they immediately sent a replacement. However a further misunderstanding happened when I refused the whole shipment and only got a replacement bottle. I messaged their support again and today I received all three bottles! All safe! The shipping date was fast and the support was so kind and helpful. One of the best support lines I’ve experienced in a while. I was a bit worried since their shipping method is not a familiar name, but all my items (after a few misunderstandings) came in safely. The only thing that I was a bit disappointed about was that I bought this set as a gift, and the replacements did not come in the same cute box with the bottle cards. I’m not too worried about them but I had wished I could have gotten what I ordered in full. Overall a great experience!
