Haven't tried the sake yet. Where to begin?
I wasn't informed before making my purchase that I would need to be home for signing/accepting the package. I also wasn't informed of the tracking of the shipment so I didn't know when to intercept it. The shipping courier tried FOUR times to deliver. TWO of which I wasn't even contacted since they were not provided with my phone number. Nor was I asked by Tippsy to provide a door code (major shipping couriers have access and I don't need to provide one)
*Doorbell rings in the middle of me calling the shipping courier to inquire about the eta of today's shipping, my third call mind you, as I simultaneously typing out this sad review.
Jump to receiving the sake NOT cold so I'm strongly considering returning it as I do not want to get sick... not knowing how long/many days it's been going from vehicle to a temperature-controlled room. Needless to say, I'm very dissapointed and will not be signing on for a subscription.
Some of this could so easily be avoided, by providing an ample amount of clear communication and instruction for the customer and the courier.
