Ordered with estimated delivery on Dec 21. Can't fulfill an order. Ordered on Dec 7. Now Dec 21. No shipment, no estimated shipment date and no reliable information about this shipment.
UPDATE: Order status suddenly appeared and sake was delivered within 24 hours.
I don’t know if it was in transit for 2 weeks or if the order was expedited after my complaint.
Given that this order was for a Christmas present, it was upsetting that I had no information about whether it would be here in time or not. I’m glad it was delivered in time. I would give them more stars if not for their lack of status updates, which they seem trying to resolve.
