while on my trip to Japan, I was lucky enough to have real quality sake. it changed everything I thought I knew about sake. upon returning home, I went on the hunt for properly kept and conditioned sake, but to no avail. tippsy popped up and after spending hours on their meticulously put together website, researching, and learning, I placed my order. it arrived less than a week later with no problems. when i opened it my lack of knowledge led me to believe I wasnt getting what was promised. like a crazy person i messaged them on all platforms in a very rude inconsiderate way. within an hour i was messaged back and instead of being rude back, the gentleman took the time to teach me and explain what i was misunderstanding, and told me to try one and if i still thought the quality might be compromised, he would allow me to return them for a refund. thankfully that was not the case. each sake was absolutely amazing, and of the highest quality. I can not thank him(wish I could remember his name) enough, and I am already placing my next order. genuine, trustworthy people, genuine quality. so happy to have stumbled upon tippsy. thanks again so much.
