I am far from a sake connoisseur. I have been introduced to good sake from my favorite local sushi chef. While I have definitely decided that I like Sake...I can't tell you much more than that. :-) This is why Tippsy has been so great for me. Not only do they send me a pack of 3 new sakes every month, but the bottles come with summaries and descriptions so I know what to look/taste for.
