I ordered one tire for my golf cart. The price and delivery of the tire was fine. However, someone decided to ship the tire in a distorted shape by tapping it up into an elongated shape. They indented two ends of the tire to make it possible to squeeze it into that smaller longer shape. After cutting the shipping tape lose the tire refused to spring back to its normal shape. It caused me additional effort to mount the tire onto a small 8" rim. Trying to inflate the tire was difficult too, because of the out of shape tire. Once the tire was mounted and inflated everything worked out fine after much effort on my part. Sincerely, Bruce Cleveland
