They apologized and then offered to either give me a refund, or they could reship another tire. I informed them to reship the tire. They reshipped the tire the very same day. They were in constant contact through emails, keeping me informed about my order, and told me to let them know if I had another issue. I received the missing tire earlier than they thought it would be delivered. They went above and beyond, making sure I was satisfied. I would recommend this company to anyone.
