My initial order of two implement tires was lost during shipment then turned up at a Walmart over an hour from my home. Fed Ex could not seem to get the tires to me. I could not wait for the totes any longer so I drove and picked up the tires. Even though it was not tires shipped2you fault they still made it right for my time and travel. That's the kind of customer service that is missing all to often these days! Thanks, Curts
