I ordered new tires and they were shipped quickly although FedEx only delivered 3 tires… I contacted TiresShipped2You by email and talked to Jeff H. About my issue, he looked into it and after he couldn’t get FedEx to update tracking of my tire he sent me another tire and I received it in a matter of a few days. We just had a ice storm and the Nitto Terra Grapplers G2’s got me to all my destinations and home safely with no issues, but that pales in importance to the level of customer service I received from TiresShipped2You and especially Jeff H. I hope his company sees him as asset because he made my process easy and stayed in contact with me until my issue was resolved therefore I will for now on be purchasing ALL my tires from TiresShipped2You! Simply because of the awesome customer service even if the tires are cheaper somewhere else, I go above and beyond for all my clients so when I receive that same service I become a loyal customer because it means a lot to me!
