I purchased Westlake brand tires from this company May 2, 2023, the tires arrived at my home May 9, 2023. July 17, 2023, the tires where bold and I had a blow out, so I reach out to tirsshipped2you to file a claim. The tires were rotten, and they kept asking for several documents which I provided all but the rotation because my vehicle requires two different sizes for the front and back. After several attempts to resolve the issue, nothing was done they try and say the manufacture denied the claim because being that my car requires two different sizes and could not be rotated then the warranty was no good yet still, I only had the tires for two months and everyone knows the front tires wear faster than the back tires. This company is a rip off and do not honor warranties so be careful when ordering from them also they could not even provide me information on how long the tires was sitting in their warehouse which I know explains why the tires was rotten. Also, I am attaching a copy of another bad review who had the same issue and how they tried to cover it up by saying they have no record of him. Review list People most of these reviews are fake, here's a really one, these guys are rip off expert with no customer service skills at all, they sold me a set of rotten tires taking my $1200 and not wanting to replace or refund me. I did not even mount these trash tires. But keep on ripping off customers and one day you're going to meet one from Hell. It's all over the news.
