For some reason Fed X didn't deliver the tires to the requested address and I had to go to the Fed X facility to pick them up. The mailing address was correct on the tires and I contacted the business who said they were open at the time Fed X said they tried to deliver the tires. I spent over 2 hours on the phone with Fed X trying to figure things out and still had to drive to pick up the tires. The tires were sent by your company quickly and once I picked them up i found that they were as promised. I would order from you again but would have the tires shipped to my residence instead of the business. I would also suggest that you used a different shipper than Fed X. they have TERRIBLE customer assistance,
