I ordered a trailer tire, tire arrived promptly, however, it was not what I ordered. Contacted customer service, response was immediate and was told the correct tire would be sent out right away, received it the next day, but it was also incorrect. Contacted customer service again, and again response was immediate with assurance that the correct tire would be shipped out that day, along with a refund of the purchase price because of all the hassle. Correct tire arrived the next day, and my money was refunded. So I give their customer service 5 stars but the shipping department zero stars. I would order from them again.
