The customer service on the phone was super helpful and kind. They really helped me to place my order. I ordered 'express delivery' because I needed the printed motif for an exhibition and it arrived super quickly. Awesome colours, amazing price and fast delivery for sure!
The only thing which could have been even more helpful was to know how sensitive to wrinkles a certain product is. The chosen Viscose FSC was definitly quite sensitive. But I have to admit I also have no existing knowledge about textiles ;).
