Incorrect forks shipped
Too many emails back and forth to rectify the issues. It was simple and I had to send multiple emails with lots of pictures.
Took too long to get the replacement forks....I still don't have them.
FedEx return process doesn't work..doesn't recognize the package ID and Titan won't setup the pickup.
BTW, your question of how quick did you respond is not a valid question.... you have 6-12 hours then jump to over a week. What about over 12 hours, but less than a week. Took a day or two.
