I placed the order on 7/15, with the understanding it was back ordered until 7/22. You charged my card on 7/15. All other companies that I have dealt with don’t charge a card until the product is shipped. I was notified the product was shipped on 7/21 however, the shipment did arrive until August. I received a promotional email from Titan the day after the boom arrived with a 19% discount on the same item. I’m very disappointed in this transaction.
