Web design, ease of ordering, shipping - freight They were a 5 plus!!!!! The issue is customer service, had a problem and made a mistake on my order. Tried to call 800 number with no success, and e-mailed with no response until the unit was shipped indicating nothing could be done. Case file was never resolved, requested a conversation with customer service, and nothing has happened. Now they are asking me to write a review. My point is this, if your looking for a value-based product line this is it, but to give you that value they have to cut something. Like so many companies nowadays it's almost impossible to talk to a real person. Happy with the product, but customer service iffy at best
