It was my fault for not searching out your definition of "Scratch and Dent”. The item was promptly shipped but the torn box was generously re-taped with part of the item sticking out. I have no idea at what point in its trip, the package was re-taped (See attached photo). It was indeed showing "Scratch and Dent”, although its function does not seem to be impaired. According to your description of the item in your catalog, it came partly disassembled and hardware was indeed missing including the arms that allow it to attach to the 3 pt hitch. I should have requested a photo of it before choosing it.
