I was told that Titan needed my phone # (which was provided) so that the carrier could contact me before delivery. This was not done as I was called by the carrier when he was at the end of my Dead End Road. Instead on prior notification of pending delivery so that I could meet him at a location of our choosing. the carrier had to sit and wait for me to gather up and come meet him at the junction of the dead-end road. This seems to be a big issue with Titan as when I ordered the blade a couple of years back and never received it, had to wait to finally get a refund issued to my card!
