Trying to purchase and receive a product was a chore. It only wanted to finance the purchase when trying to get pieces on-line. We ended up having to call to get things done. AFTER the purchase, shipping was a nightmare. A piece was lost though marked as delivered. They finally found the missing piece after several times on the phone. It had never left the distributer. Now we're waiting for it to show up currently. I wass hoping is would stay lost and we got refunded our money so I could shop somewhere else that would have less drama. We wanted an appointment for when the truck was delivering the peice that was missing. No call, nothing. I happened to look out a window we normally have closed especially when it's cold and raining. Way down at the end of the drive I see some orange. Over 600 feet away from our parking area, I see the item. I was doing something else and not prepared for the delivery that was stealth apparently. What a pain! The trucking company was givinen instruction that they ignored. We won't do this again.
