Packaging was inadequate. All four corners of the frame, and the receiver, punched through the corrugated cardboard box. More layers of cardboard at these points would have made a difference. I had the same experience with the last attachment I got from Titan. Lots of scrapes on the exposed parts, mostly cosmetic. Still, this is not rocket science. Other companies certainly do better. That said, the attachment was otherwise undamaged. It appears it will meet my needs. Reading posts on the Green Tractor Talk forum, your company's reputation suffers greatly from the underperformance of the shipping department. My experience is by no means unique. You could benefit by a bit more attention to how you ship your products.
