I received 4 different notices the item would be delayed and it would be arriving the next day. Each day I'd get another notice it would be delayed. I finally went to a FedEx and they tracked where is was being held. I went to that location and waited over an hour for them to track it down. Once they brought it out the packaging was badly damaged and the hardware bag that was taped to the item was ripped open and all the hardware was missing. Had it been packaged properly, I'm confident the hardware would have been there. Instead after all the hassle with the shipping I had to go purchase the hardware. When calling Titan the rep told me since it was a scratch and dent item no guarantee the hardware would make it. I understand about scratch and dent items, but I don't understand the haphazard way it was packaged which almost guaranteed the hardware package would be damaged and lost. I'd send you a picture of how it arrived, but can't seem to attach it to this email.
