Wrong product was sent out at first. Delivery of correct item was not prepared for the drop off situation. Had to do a work around, taking my forklift out to the road to meet the truck and unload. (Driver was friendly). First (wrong item) was delivered perfectly, but had to be returned. Communication to resolve issues was good, but a little confusing with the different carriers...(Saia delivering and Fed Ex picking up).
The land plane/leveler is well built and does the expected job.
I love the speedy delivery (when it's the product I ordered).
