I ordered a frame with a set of forks. The forks were delivered and the frame was backordered which I knew before I ordered. When the frame backorder date was pushed out another 3 weeks I requested to change my order to a different frame. Here's my issue, I had to return the forks because the software would not allow them to split the order so I had to sent the forks back only to have another set sent out to me. To the companys credit they did pay for the return shipping. But then the order was split for 2 different refunds. It all worked out in the end just seems like a lot more hassle for everyone involed.
