Hay spear is great. Titan customer service is great.
FedEx is terrible. I received one in the shipment of 2, the label became unreadable and was delayed, one seems to have been lost in transit by FedEx. Titan sent a replacement, it is now currently delayed due to an unreadable shipping label as well. Hope it doesn't disappear too.Thanks a bunch FedEx.
Thank you Titan, excellent quality and customer service but dump FedEx.
